worksheet has numbers where the letters are on top of the columns

how do i get the letters back on top of the columns. some how they have
changed to numbers like on the rows.

worksheet has numbers where the letters are on top of the columns

In Excel 2003 & prior, select Tools Options. On the General tab, uncheck
'R1C1 reference style'. Click OK.
