Exterenal link

I have a workbook that contains 18 spreadsheets and someone in the office
accidently linked data from a different workbook. I have searched this
workbook and cannot find any formula with an exterenal link. Also the
spreadsheet being linked from, no longer exists but every time I open my
workbook, I get asked if I want to update the links.

How can I delete the reference to the linked spreadsheet? There are times
that I do need to link from an external sereadsheet to update my data.
