Can I create a pop-up box with terms to view a spreadsheet?

I'm putting together a spreadsheet with revenue and gross profit numbers to
send out to my sales staff. My boss mentioned that he'd like a disclaimer on
the spreadsheet that the information is privileged, confidential and should
not be shared.

I thought it would be really cool to set up the disclaimer as a pop-up box
that everyone needs to agree to in order to access the spreadsheet. Has
anyone ever done that? Any way to do it in Excel 2007? Some of the users who
will be receiving this spreadsheet are on older versions of Excel, by the
way.

If you use a textbox then there is no proof they saw it and no disclaimer on
the worksheet that it is confidential.
Consider adding the disclaimer to the footer. Footer text appears on each
printed page.
Also, check your printer, it may be able to overlay a "confidential" or similar
watermark on each page. You may also want to include a cover letter with
the worksheet that covers confidentiality..

Also take a look at Word Art on the Insert (menu) | Picture.
You can create a translucent message that overlays the worksheet.
