Auto Refresh of Pivot Tables not working
 

I've created a pivot table based on a worksheet that repopulates each time
the file is opened in Excel. I've marked the Pivot Table to automatically
refresh upon open. The underlying data refreshes just fine, the pivot table
does not. Any suggestions? Excel 2003
