How do you make the spreadsheet contents fit the entire page
I have created a document in excel but when I print the page it does not fit
the entire page and the grid lines are to small. Whenever the row height is modified it compromises the size of the entire print out. Ultimately this document will be mass copied and individuals will be required to write in the boxes on the document, but right now they are too small to write in. -- Mike H. Data Review Specialist |

My guess is that you are printing cells that you don't need to print.
If that is the case, select the cells that you do want to print, then click File-Print Area-Set Print Area. If the cells are still too small, you'll either need to change the row height/column width or just use larger paper.
