Lining up values
Hello all,
I am attempting to sort data based on the values in three columns. I have Column D, I, and N, which represent species codes of fish. The three columns represent different sites (1, 2, 3). I need to line up the species codes but not every code in (for instance) site one is found in the other two. Is there a way to automatically insert blank lines where the species codes don't line up? For instance, species 2134 is found at sites 1 and 3, but not at 2, so the species codes for the three sites are not lined up. Thanks in advance for your help. Mike |

Can you upload a sample file & post a direct link to it here?
