msoAnchor can have several values:
msoanchorTop
msoanchorMiddle
msoanchorBottom
msoanchorTopCentered
msoanchorBottomCentered
msoanchorTopBaseline
msoanchorBottomBaseline
msoanchorTopCenteredBaseline
msoanchorBottomCenteredBaseline

But in Excel it usually has usage with hypertext link entries. So more
