Delete unwanted data
Hi, I try to delete many unwanted rows in the middle of spreadsheet. Some
are just blank rows while some contained a subtotal from previous rows. I only need to retain the data that has the acct code references in the column D. Is there any function that I can use to sort the data and delete the unwanted rows? Any help would be greatly appreciated! |

Post some sample data (the acct refs) from col D to illustrate clearly how the data to be retained look like. -- Max Singapore http://savefile.com/projects/236895 xdemechanik --- "JJ" wrote in message ...
