Your request is unclear.

But maybe this will help.

=MID(A1,33,6)-MID(A1,27,6)

In Excel there is no such thing as a 38 digit number.

Excel will recognize a number up to 15 digits then returns zeros after that.

Part of your subject line is cut off.
