Format : Conditional Formating - then fill in your conditions and colour
selection

Thank you Ron,
I like the solutions, the cond. formating is realy an easy one, but i wanted
to try to incorporate the vba code , however , event hough it is basic i
need to ask u also: where should i put all the syntax that is offered.
to write in a function? all the text ?
I am novice at it but willing to learn if u can answer.
