Excel date conversion-UK to US
 

How do you convert a UK date format to a US date format to sort by date?
i.e. dd/mm/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy

Just format it in that way, a date is a date is a date. 1st March is the
same in the US as the UK, it is just presented differently.
