Pivot Table
 

Hello:

I have a dataset based on a survey about customer preferances. It has
the following fields:

Type of Product(A,B,C); region sold in(N, E W, S, SE, SW,) Customer
name, supplier name, volume

I want to use a pivot table to help determine say, how much of each
product was sold in each region according to supplier.

How else can I manipulate the information and what other types of
information can I get from Pivots
