SUBTOTAL and COUNTIF (or SUMIF) combination

Hi,

I would like to use the COUNTIF (or SUMIF) only for filtered rows. Thus
somewhere a SUBTOTAL kind of functionality but for COUNTIF.

Is it possible to simulate (maybe with array formulas)?
