how to convert GETPIVOTDATA from excel 2000 to excel 2002...
I have a excel file which was created in excel 2000 and is using getpivotdata
function. The function returns #REF when the file is opened in excel 2002 or excel 2003. Is that anyway that I can convert function Getpivotdata from excel 2000 to excel 2002 so that the file can be opened in excel 2002? |
I don't know of any way to convert the formula. However, it's easier to
create a GETPIVOTDATA formula in Excel 2002 or Excel 2003. Turn on the Generate GetPivotData feature (there are instructions he http://www.contextures.com/xlPivot06.html Then, click on the cell that you want to reference, and the formula will be automatically created.
