I have 21 password protected Excel 2003 spreadsheets for employees in the
department to update their daily work. Each spreadsheet contains a 12 tabs (one for each month. I need to create a master spreadsheet with links that will update for the supervisor, which will have graphs and charts from the linked data. I did January, and it took me two days, because I must type in the password for each employee in each cell. How can I duplicate the Master January tab for the other 11 months without typing the password in every cell? HELP!! I assume there must be a trick to go in and change the tab portion of the formula, in this sample JAN' to FEB'. ='J:\Field Division Share Files\Commercial\Commercial Bi-Monthly Reports - 2008\[Bi-Monthly Report Alvarado.xls]JAN'!D6 |
