COPY DATA FROM ACCESS - PASTE IN EXCEL

When I copy data from an ACCESS query and paste (Paste Special - Text) it
into an EXCEL spreadsheet - I get a Message "Fixed objects will move".
The window containing this message will not dissapear if I click the OK or X.
