Excell 2003 for Students & Teachers
I insert 85 into a cell. Excell then changes the value to .085.
I think this happened when I tried to cut and paste a formula. How do I reset to the original program? |
Hi Richard
try tools / options / edit and untick fixed decimal places Cheers JulieD "Richard" wrote in message ... I insert 85 into a cell. Excell then changes the value to .085. I think this happened when I tried to cut and paste a formula. How do I reset to the original program? |
Check that the option ToolsOptionsEdit Fixed decimal is not checked. If it
is, uncheck it. -- HTH RP (remove nothere from the email address if mailing direct) "Richard" wrote in message ... I insert 85 into a cell. Excell then changes the value to .085. I think this happened when I tried to cut and paste a formula. How do I reset to the original program? |
