Question about COUNTIFS
 

Not sure if i using the right formula for this. here's the deal: i have a
worksheet set up that has dates in column b and yes/no/blank in coulum n i
need a formula that will count the number of no/blanks after the last yes for
all rows that have a date in column b. how do i do this??? tia for any help
