how do I lock formulas, but still allow rows to be added or delet.
 
I can't find my previous question. I want to lock just the formulas. I
still want to be able to add or delete rows and be able to adjust row height.
Any suggestions?

Tools Protection Protect Sheet
Then, choose what you want the user to do or not do.
