How to delete an repeatitive entry from a worksheet
I have a worksheet with a list of docters names. Some have the acronym MD and
some do not. How do i delete the acroynm from the entire spreadsheet and still keep the doctors names? |

Select all the data to be fixed

Use a copy of your data to test this first..........
You might highlight the column of names, and do Edit Replace and use spaceMD in the FindWhat" box and ZZZ in the ReplaceWith" box, then ReplaceAll........this to see if any thing else gets messed up, if not you can replace the ZZZ with nothing in the ReplaceWith box.........
