Paste from clipboard only
 

I am working in 2007 in two differenct instances. I am sure I got going too
fast and have inadvertantly hit something that created this issue. I was
using a simple copy paste from the keyboard shortcuts to move data from one
workbook to the other. In the middle of working on a worksheet, I can no
longer use the short cuts OR the icon for paste. I must open the clipboard
and insert the data from there. Is there a setting that I changed and didn't
realize? Please help, this is slowing me WAY down.
