I have a worksheet as a result of customer surveys but the customer is
allowed to press * to skip he question or leave blank, how can I get the percentage for the calls and exclude these numbers? example Driver protect come back overall percentage Paulo * 5 5 ? Rolando 5 5 5 100% Kane 5 5 ? How can I make this work? Can anybody help me? |
