merging 2 excel sheets

I have 2 sheets from 2 different years. I filled out 2005 and want to merge
it into 2006 so that I don't have to fill out the same things again in the
2006 sheet. How do I merge the two sheets? Oh, I am NOT Excel saavy AT ALL.
