How could I flag a cell. Ex. Cell B is less than Cell A. Flag B
 

I need to find out how I can flag or color a cell, such as

If cell B is less than Cell A I need to flag the cell that is less than cell
A.

The goal here is to flag all the cells that are less than another cell.

You need "conditional formatting". Look it up in Excel help, and come back
