Ordering Columns in Pivot Tables - Excel 2000
I have a Pivot table consisting of 25 columns. I would like to customize the
sort order of the columns. Here is what I have tried thus far: 1) Dragging cells to order them. I get a pop up saying that the operation can't be complete 2) Custom Sort. 23 of the 25 columns sort correctly. The problem is that the columns that 2 columns that should be in the middle (should be columns 12 and 13) end up at the end (columns 24 and 25). 3) Using the order functionality. All options: Move to Begining, Move UP, Move Down, Move to End are "greyed out" (unable to select). Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks |

Hi
You need to double click on the field nameAdvancedchoose Manual Sorting then you should have the options to move the columns as you wish. -- Regards Roger Govier "SnoHo71" wrote in message ...
