Is there a way to implement more than 3 conditional formats
 

Put your question in the body of your message.

You have 4 - the default format too. No more than that without complicated
macro programming.

If data is numeric JE McGimpsey has instructions to allow up to 6 CF.

If not numeric, you would need VBA code.

Post back if need VBA.
