Default Computation of total work days

Hello,

I have a worksheet with the following data

Column A Column B Column C
Start Date End Date Total Work Days
Jan 1, 2007 Jan 25, 2007

I need to get an output in Column C with total work days excluding the
weekends inbetween the dates given in Jan 1 - 25. Does somebody have any
response to this.
