Unable to get a correct total when changing data within a formula

Doing a simple formula Cell A-Cell B and when I change data in cell A or B,
the total is not changing automatically. I event started a new excel sheet
and it is doing the same thing.

ToolsOptionsCalculation.

Make sure you are set to automatic.
