Depending on what type of PDA you are using, you might be able to use Pocket
Excel (not sure if it is still sold). Pocket Excel is a slimmed down
version of Excel, and lacks, among other things, support for array formulas
and VBA code.

It's likely to depend on which Operating System your PDA is running.

Pocket Excel ran on Windows Mobile:

but on that page there is a link to Windows Mobile software which shows
that there is now an Office Mobile which includes Excel Mobile:
