Adding rows to multiple worksheets at once

I would like to make one worksheet pull from the master worksheet, so that if
a row is added in the master, it is automatically added into the new
worksheet. This does not work by using a formula new B2=Master!B2. I need a
formula that is something like new B2=Master!B1+1 where 1 is not a number but
is the cell below B1 (ie B2 or what used to be B3 etc etc)

This needs to be scripted using Visual Basic. Find an Excel programmer who
can do this for you.
