Automaticall e-mail me when cell value reaches a value
 

I have a 2 worksheets. Worksheet 1 gets data from an external source
and refreshes every 10 minutes.

Worksheet 2 extracts data from sheet 1 using formulas. When a countif
formula returns a value of lets say 200 I want a e-mail sending to
me .

As a novice user any suggstions welcome.

This will need some code writing in VBA.
Is there a MS usergroup for VBA?
As you are a novice user, you will have to get this written for you. (I
would too)....but I've seen exactly this sort of thing done on a Share Price
monitor which was refreshed every minute!
