Need help with grouping in Excel 2007
 

I have a worksheet that I took over from someone else and I have no clue how
to duplicate what was done previously. What I have is 5 columns across &
5000+ rows down. The Numbers 1-5 are on the far left side with the + & -
there as well. I have an updated list that I need to do the same way but
nothing I try seems to work. I will try to paste part of it here ~ Any help
would be greatly appreciated!

CF Condensate/Feedwater
CFCO Condensate System (Steam Turbine)
CFCOCN Containers
CFCOCN001 Condensate Storage Tank
CFCOCN301 Condensate Deaerator

I don't know/have xl2007, but think you could try checking up Excel's help
