duplicate info in cells
 

I was wondering if there was a way that I could have excell notify someone if
they are inputting information that has been already inputted in that column.
I have a spreadsheet that list a lot of data. Several different people will
be able to input this data and I wanted to be able to enable some sort of
flag or warning if a name has already been input.
