Second option button disappears when I make another column
 

Second option button disappears when I make another column. I am trying to
make option buttons for making a sheet with different groups. I want to have
one group with several options that you can pick one and mark it with the
option button. Then I want the next group to have several options that you
can pick one and mark it with the option button. But every time I mark one
in one group and go to mark another one in another group the other one
disappears. I would like to have a mark on the option buttons in each group.
But it will not let me.
