I have Dealer#, DealerName, DateFunded(January 03, 2007), Amt. Funded and
RepName, I want to be able to write a formula to show me how many deals were
funded for each rep by each month for each dealer.

You can do that with the SUMPRODUCT function. I found this site very helpful.
