Default how to check duplication of id numbers

I have been adding data to a very large spreadsheet, but i am now receiving
data with the same id number. Is there anyway i can have excel telling me
this id number is already been added without going through the whole document
or going through the sort icon . I know it tells you this when you working on
a spreadsheet when opened, but when you close and reopen this function is no
longer active.

Default how to check duplication of id numbers

Hi!
I have found an add-in for Excel that can look for duplicate cells (values)
in a table. Try it, maybe it fits your needs:

Best regards,
Eugene
