i WANT TO CALCULATE THE NO IN A SINGLE COLUMN WHICH ARE NOT SAME.

pls tell me i am using excel and i have a problem, first i am working on
worksheet and in a single column i have 200 entries. It contains many nos.
same. e.g.
16533,16533...... and 16622... and 16223.... now i want to calculate only
the nos.
(16533, 166622,16223,..................) means if the one no. comes again,
ignore the no. do not calculate. 20 different
nos.(16533,16533,16622..........) in 200 entries.
no i want to answer that it should be 20. not 200.
pls tell me how and what formula i used to do this.
