How do copy a conditional format formula downards?

Hi,

I have a pivot-table that contains anything between 20 to 100 rows and I
want to highlight a row if a column value contains a particular integer.

So, I guess I make a rule for the first row (a4: h4).

Then I need to copy down this rule to a100:h100, but how?

(The conditional format is: =$a1="Outcome").

I'm using Excel 2007.

Kindly,
Mikael

Have you tried using the Format Painter icon? Highlight row 1, click
the icon, then click on the row(s) you want to apply the format to.

Hope this helps.
