Comments won't print in spreadsheet

I'm trying to print comments in a spreadsheet - I have the comments showing and
under Tools/Options the file is set for Comment and Indicator. In Page
Setup/Sheet I have it set to show comments "as displayed on sheet".
However, when I go into Print Preview, they don't show and they also don't
print. What next?
