How can I set up a validation list and source to another workshee

I am trying to set up a validation sourced to another worksheet.

Also, how do I set up a filter to sort only on select options?

How can I set up a validation list and source to another workshee
 

Q1: On the sheet with the valid values: select the range of values and in
the Name box enter a name such as MYVALUES and now press enter. Double check
that this worked (Insert Names Define --- do you see the name and range you
selected?)
Go to sheet where validation is needed; select range; use Data | Validation;
specify LIST and in the box for the list range type =MYVALUES (or whatever
name you chose) ---- do remember the = sign !!!
