Default AFTER ARRIVAL FROM 5TH DAYS TO START CHARGES

More information is needed.
It seems that your samples translate to:
1800 kilograms x 3 cubic meters x 8 (don't know what this is) = 75.

My math says: 1800/3*8=4800

How do the examples you posted relate to the table?
I don't see the word "days" anywhere in your example.

Your table doesn't define what "W", "M", or "W/M" are.
I'm guessing that your table is indicating that values from 6 to 10 are
charged 13 per each "W", with a minimum of 8. Is that correct?

Can you give an example that clearly uses the table?
