Workbook performance is too weak
 

Hi all,

One of my workbook consists of huge no. of excel functions, Groups and
without VBA macro and Calculations are in automatic state (it should be).
While opening this workbook its taking nearly 5 minutes time to open
completely. During opening file i found that its calculating very slowly. And
while expanding groups its nearly taking 15 Sec to expand. I think that in
this way my work book performance is too weak.

How to increase workbook performance without VBA code.

Note: This file should be in automatic calculation.
