Summing
 

Need to add Qual Hardware+No Charge+DAT Hardware+Outside Lab+Purchased Items
for all projects month wise.
All Projects are of same format (i.e they are at equally placed for ex: gap
between proj Eng. of project 1 & Proj Eng project 2 is 14 rows.

Have just replied to your previous post - this has the added dimension
of different months, but the formulae will be similar. Instead of
B1:B1000, adjust this for the column you want to add.

Isn't it just in the row below Purchased Items ($'s)

=SUM(B7:B11)

which when copied to Columns C, D & E will adjust, as it will when the
formula in B12 is copied and pasted into B26

or am I missing something?
