If I am reading your question correctly, you would like to know if there is a
formula that will disable or enable a drop list, I'm assuming you would like this action to perform conditionally on the value of another cell. With a formula, this is not possible. That is only possible using a VBA. Sorry, but I don't know how to perform that task but I'm sure someone else does, ask in the Programming section of the forums. -- If this reply was helpful, please indicate that your question has been answered to help others find anwsers to similar questions. www.silverbirddesigns.com Fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2009 "Vinod" wrote: How can i disable or enable a drop list using a Excel functions (Not a VBA macro).
