How can I turn a condition off or on?
If current cell has a value then the format is white font, blue background .....if cell A1 = "yes" If current cell has a value then the format is blue font, blue background .....if cell A1 = "no" Format is white font, white background if no value |

Go to FormatConditional Formatting, click Delete, tick all conditions, and
