Can I do a mail merge into an excel file from another excel file
 

I want to be able to put a random series of names in a particular cell of an
excel file. This is a mail merge from 1 excel file to a cell of another
excel file. For example, I have an inventory that will be done for different
places (lab, classroom, office). Each of these places has a different non
sequential number up to 6000. Is it possible.

Can I do a mail merge into an excel file from another excel file
 

Please provide more information. It is difficult to understand what you are
dealing with.
