Can I change my round function to round up if 5 or above and down if below 5?

That is what the ROUND function does, eg:

=ROUND(A1,0)

You might also like to look at ROUNDUP, ROUNDDOWN, CEILING, FLOOR,
INT, TRUNC functions in Excel Help.
