Help with IF Function
 
I need to evaluate 2 values in cells C9 and E9. One or the other
should be within 125% + $100,000 of the other. If this test fails,
it's "Rejected", else it's "Accepted".

Can this be done in a single formula?

Being as you quote 125% I assume that you mean if 125% of the smaller value
+ 1000000 is less than the larger value. If so then use:

=MIN(F4:G4)*125%+1000=F4

or

=IF(MIN(F4:G4)*125%+1000=F4,"Within allowance","Outside of allowance")
