or calculated

You can, but I woulkd advise against, it is horribly annoying.

If you insist, here is a copy of a reply from Jason Morin a couple fo days
ago.

Continuous flashing will slow down your Excel application
considerably not to mention become quite annoying. But if
your stubborn, here's a link to some code from MVP Robert
Rosenberg that I found in the google archives:

Thanks for that and I get your point. I'll have a go and see how annoyed I
get and or howmuch it slows Excell.
