G'day All,
This is not really excel related so please excuse the off topic subject. I did a google but media commentry dominate the results unfortunately. I want to level the scores of 22 players or reduce the difference between the top and bottom score but still reflect parity of scores. Hmmm, not worded well? Hope someone sees what I'm getting at.
